14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund of the price you paid for your Browser Recorder licence within 14 days of your purchase, with no questions asked. There is no need to explain your reasons — if you are not happy with the product, simply reach out within the guarantee period and we will take care of it.

Who Can Request a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following must apply:

• Your request is made within 14 days of the date of purchase; and
• You are the original purchaser of the licence.

What You Get Back

An approved refund returns the full amount you paid for the licence. Depending on your location and payment method, certain taxes or transaction fees collected at checkout may not be refundable. Once your refund is issued, your paid licence ends and your access reverts to the free version of Browser Recorder.

How Refunds Are Processed

Payments for Browser Recorder are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When a refund is approved, it is issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method you used at checkout. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider, and is usually a few business days.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, email us at browserrecorder@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or receipt number. This helps us locate your purchase and process your request quickly.

This money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to any rights you may already have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of Poland, the European Union, or your country of residence.
